Job summary

Prudential plc in the Philippines seeks a Manager Recruitment & Events to design innovative recruitment strategies and lead event-driven hiring initiatives. The role drives agency recruitment, coordinates with CAM and Marketing, and oversees event execution from planning to post-event analysis.

You will mentor a team of recruitment event officers, optimize materials and channels, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, events management, or employer branding.
• Project management and event organization experience or training is preferred.
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging events.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; event management, organizational skills, presentation skills, creative thinking, excellent communication skills, adept in project management and scheduling.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action plans; strong leadership in managing a team.
• At least 6 years of experience in Recruitment, Marketing, Sales, Training, Hospitality Services, Event Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract the agency force and coordinate with CAM and Marketing for materials.
• Coordinate with work units for procurement of event items and ensure designs and materials are updated and on track.
• Promote Build your Business sessions across channels with prompt production of materials (videos, posters, banners, emails, SMS, social posts).
• Perform post-event activities: track metrics, database management, reports, payments, tokens, budget tracking.
• Lead and mentor recruitment event officers; manage logistics and budgets for events; improve candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Prudential Life UK standards; report compliance matters to the Compliance Officer.
• Perform other functions as assigned.
