Job summary

Staff Outsourcing Solutions in Cebu City is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Hub Manager to run the onsite operations, lead a small team of staff and interns, and accelerate candidate matching using Claude and other AI tools. You will profile applicants against client orders and maintain a live pipeline for US and Australia clients.

The role requires 3+ years in recruitment in BPO or shared services, with at least 1 year leading a hub or shift, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

3+ years in recruitment for a BPO/outsourcing/shared-services firm.
At least 1 year leading a recruitment hub or shift.
Experience running volume screening: exams, assessments, and structured first interviews.
Hands-on with AI tools in daily work and strong Google Workspace skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily Recruitment Hub operations: walk-in reception, screening exams, first interviews, and complete candidate records.
Lead the day-shift recruitment team and interns: scheduling, training, and setting standards.
Profile applicants against client orders using Claude, ChatGPT, and AI to draft summaries.
Maintain candidate pipeline in monday.com and ensure real‑time visibility for all stakeholders.
Ensure complete candidate files are handed to the night-shift Talent Acquisition Manager with SOS-format resumes, scores, and notes.
Manage intern program and college partnerships to produce BPO-ready hires.
Run and report on the employee referral program, walk-in stats, pass rates, and time-to-shortlist.
