Job summary

Sutherland in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Senior Manager in Recruitment Leadership to set the direction for recruiting and hiring, ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience. You will drive recruiter productivity toward 100% fill and timely hires.

Collaborating with service delivery, procurement, HR and vendors, you will deliver the right candidate flow, improve processes, and ensure 100% compliance for background checks and pre-employment requirements in an onsite environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years recruitment leadership experience.
• At least 5 years volume recruitment experience in a BPO setting.
• Proficiency to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives.
• Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
