Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions in Manila is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Financial Services client by coordinating interviews, background checks, and psychometric assessments. The role offers predominantly work-from-home dayshift and exposure to regional teams across APAC, EMEA and ANZ.

You’ll generate starter paperwork, handle HR admin tasks, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with a high-energy, professional team to deliver a superb candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Recruitment administration experience across APAC/ANZ/EMEA regions.
• Experience in a large, complex business environment.
• Strong MS Office skills and focus on candidate experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a high-energy team.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the hiring process for our Financial Services client by coordinating interviews, background checks, and psychometric assessments. This role also offers the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to a broader range of HR administration and operational responsibilities, helping you further develop your expertise across both recruitment and HR functions.

What you’ll do

• Provide daily support to a team of Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists for EMEA team.
• Arrange interviews, background checks and psychometric assessments
• Generate new starter paperwork and complete other administration HR tasks as required
• Collaborate with the broader team on process improvements

You’ll be someone who can bring

• Solid experience in recruitment administration including interview scheduling, conducting assessments and background checking under APAC, ANZ, or EMEA region.
• Experience working in a large and complex business environment
• A firm technical understanding of Microsoft Office tools and a sharp focus on offering a superb candidate experience is essential
• Great communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative and high-energy team
