Job summary

TDCX is seeking a recruitment professional to partner with hiring managers and own the end-to-end recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, drive recruitment marketing programs, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies. This role emphasizes integrity, accountability, and strong English communication within supporting markets.

Job description

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruiting and selection requirements and meet hiring needs on time.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, and interviewing, to deliver headcount targets.
• Adopt effective and innovative recruitment methods.
• Participate in recruitment marketing programs, including career talks and job fairs.
• Prepare recruitment reports to monitor and assess recruitment strategy effectiveness.
• Prepare and complete recruitment administrative functions.
• Ask appropriate questions during candidate interactions.
• Sell the best talent to hiring managers and candidates.
• Work with HR representatives or company leaders to ensure alternative solutions adhere to organizational budgets and policies.
• Perform other assigned duties within the employment category and support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the recruitment and selection.
• Proven ability to source, screen, recruit, recommend strong talent and strong relationship-builder.
• Possess the accountability and personal responsibility to own and drive results.
• Exhibit the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
