Luxury Careers is expanding its Singapore operation and invites motivated newcomers to join a structured recruitment training programme. This 180-recruiter role centers on sourcing and candidate engagement, not client management, with daily tasks to identify exceptional people and guide them toward opportunities that fit.

You’ll build pipelines, develop relationships, and stay sharp on market trends and salary benchmarks while collaborating with client-facing consultants.

About the role

This is a 180 recruitment position focused on sourcing and candidate engagement, not client management. You'll spend your days finding exceptional people, understanding what motivates them, and guiding them toward career opportunities that genuinely fit.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt for top talent through creative sourcing — job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach

• Screen and qualify candidates through structured interviews and assessments

• Build a pipeline of strong candidates across active and future roles

• Develop relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted career advisor throughout the process

• Collaborate closely with our client-facing consultants to match talent to live briefs

• Stay sharp on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movement in your sector

About You:

You don’t need years of recruitment experience, we have a structured training programme designed to take motivated newcomers and turn them into confident, capable recruiters. What matters most is who you are:

• You genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them navigate career decisions

• You're energised by targets and thrive in a results-driven environment

• You're curious, coachable, and not afraid to pick up the phone

• You're organised enough to manage multiple candidate pipelines without dropping the ball

• 1–3 years in recruitment, sales, hospitality, or any client-facing role
