Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in the Philippines is hiring a Recruitment Consultant (360) to build your own client and candidate portfolio while managing the full recruitment process from business development to successful placement.

You will develop new clients through sales activities, maintain strong client relationships, source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers to achieve your targets.

Qualifications

• Recruitment or sales experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without recruitment experience are welcome.
• Comfortable with business development and speaking with new clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
