Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Manila within a hybrid setup. The role covers candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial phone screens, and interview scheduling for Australian clients.

You will manage high-volume roles and multiple channels, with emphasis on timely communication and process accuracy. The ideal candidate has at least two years in recruitment, familiarity with work rights, and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment, ideally supporting Australian clients or labour-hire environments.
• Experience sourcing candidates across multiple channels and conducting initial phone screens.
• Familiarity with Australian work rights, licences, and employment requirements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Resume screening against job briefs
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, licences, pay expectations, work rights, reliability)
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews and potentially conducting them later

• Bulk SMS/email campaigns for high-volume roles

Job Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing (Seek, database, Facebook groups etc.)
• Resume screening against job briefs
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, tickets/licences, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability etc.)
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews for me to begin with (and potentially also conducting interviews further down the track)
• Timesheet follow-ups
• Bulk sms/ email campaigns for high-volume roles

Qualifications

• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word expertise, experience with Microsoft Outlook, ability to learn other applications.
• Degree qualified desirable

Prior Experience

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in recruitment, ideally supporting Australian clients or labour-hire environments. Proven experience in candidate sourcing across multiple channels (job boards, databases, social media), resume screening, and conducting initial phone screens is essential. Experience managing high-volume roles, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment administration such as timesheets and candidate communications will be highly regarded. Familiarity with Australian work rights, licences, and employment requirements is an advantage.
