MicroSourcing is seeking a Talent Consultant to manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across multiple business units. The role focuses on speed, efficiency, and candidate quality while delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

You will own recruitment processes from posting to onboarding, building proactive talent pipelines and ensuring compliance. This is a remote, day-shift role with potential for career growth and competitive rewards.

position Overview

The Talent Consultant is responsible for managing end-to-end, high-volume recruitment activities across multiple business units. This role focuses on optimizing recruitment processes to ensure speed, efficiency, and candidate quality while delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety

• Actively participate in relevant training and adhere to safe work practices as outlined by the company.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when managing incidents and safety-related matters.
• Recruitment & Pipeline Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles in Cleaning and Security across Australia.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create and update job briefs.
• Draft and post job advertisements to internal and external job boards.
• Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams, providing schedules, preparation, and support.
• Extend job offers and coordinate onboarding alongside the operations and admin teams.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines and a talent community for regular or hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate Expression of Interest forms with prospective candidates.
• Ensure full recruitment compliance is met with all prospective candidates.
• Strategy, Optimisation & Candidate Experience
• Champion a positive and consistent candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Assist in implementing recruitment enhancements to reduce time-to-fill and improve conversion rates.
• Automate repetitive task workflows and support overall process improvements where possible.
• Create and maintain standardized recruitment templates.
• Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously refine workflows.
• Report on key recruitment metrics, trends, and process improvements.
• Stakeholder & External Relationships
• Build strong internal relationships across all operational and business unit managers.
• Manage key external relationships with labor hire companies, disability services, recruitment agencies, and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple roles and business areas.
• Proficient in using a variety of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to support seamless end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Computer literate with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and cloud-based data documentation storage.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads with conflicting demands across various functional areas.
• Highly organized with superior time management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work unsupervised, think creatively, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
