Job summary

Seven Consulting is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Manila team. The role covers full life cycle recruitment and offshore resource placement for Australian clients.

You will manage the recruitment process, update candidates, and assist with interview packs while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture in the Manila office.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in project/program management space is highly regarded.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organised and able to multi-task.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, qualifying and closing.
• Successfully placing offshore resources with clients located in Australia.

Due to continued growth of the business, we require an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer with a strong understanding of recruitment processes to join our Manila team.

Job Responsibilities:
