This role is fast-paced, people-facing, and requires independent decision-making to move candidates forward while keeping the hub running smoothly during peak hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience with screening or interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Face-to-face screening with walk-in candidates.
• Route candidates to suitable roles based on results.
• Maintain interview notes in the recruitment system.
