Job summary

O!Save is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end hiring for corporate roles, from job posting and screening to offers, onboarding, and integration at our Taytay, Rizal Distribution Center.

You will drive data-driven recruiting, use metrics to improve sourcing, time-to-hire, and candidate quality, and lead campus partnerships and early-careers programs to fuel growth across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field; open to fresh graduates.
• Experience in recruiting or people function within a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
• Proven self-starter who takes ownership and drives initiatives end to end.
• Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and tools to inform decisions and improve processes.
