This role will report to our Distribution Center in Kawit, Cavite.

The O!Save Management Trainee Program is an 18-month, hands-on development program focused on on-the-ground retail operations following the hard discount principles. Trainees gain direct experience managing store operations, driving sales performance, and effectively leading teams.

What You’ll Do:

• You will learn and understand the hard discount retail business model from end to end
• You will complete all functional rotations within the prescribed training period
• You will demonstrate readiness for independent leadership through consistent performance and achievement of key training milestones

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in any program
• Proven academic excellence
• A valid Driver's License
• Active involvement in extracurricular and organizational activities; Preferably held leadership roles
• Excellent verbal and written Filipino and English communication skills
• Track record of achieving results on challenging goals
• Willingness to travel and visit different sites and stores
