Job summary

O!Save Philippines, a growing discount grocery retailer, seeks a seasoned financial leader to head the National Finance Team. You will oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls, reporting to the CFO and guiding the finance function across the country.

Requirements include a CPA license, a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, and 8–10 years in financial management with 5+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• CPA license required.
• 8–10 years in Financial Management, Budgeting, Financial Reporting.
• At least 5 years leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Regulations and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, audit management, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, compliance and internal controls for O!Save Philippines.
• Maintain accurate financial information, reporting, and effective controls.
• Ensure compliance on Accounting, Tax, Statutory, and other financial requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop continuous improvement programs.
• Report to CFO and lead the National Finance Team on day-to-day financial management.

This role will report to our Distribution Center in Taytay, Rizal.

What You'll Do:

• You will oversee financial reporting, audit management, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, compliance and internal controls for O!Save Philippines
• You will ensure the maintenance of accurate financial information, reporting, and effective controls
• You will ensure necessary legal compliance on Accounting, Tax, Statutory, and other financial requirements
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders in leading the development of continuous improvement programs
• You will report directly to the CFO and lead the National Finance Team on all day-to-day financial management matters and issues

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field
• CPA License
• 8-10 years of experience in Financial Management, Budgeting, Financial Reporting
• At least 5 years of experience in leading teams
• Strong knowledge in Financial Regulations and Compliance
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities
• Experience in retail is a plus
