Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is seeking a proactive Recruitment Associate to support our Client Solutions team in identifying and engaging industry experts for client projects. You will assess backgrounds and match talents to project requirements, communicating clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes a hands-on startup mindset, on-site work in Makati, and collaboration with recruitment teammates to hit targets while delivering efficient hiring solutions for our growing client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with outreach, networking, and engaging professionals from different industries.
• Willingness to work on-site in Makati, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client requests to identify suitable subject-matter experts based on project requirements.
• Source, identify, and engage industry experts through messaging, business calls, and offline networking.
• Assess experts' professional backgrounds, experience, and areas of expertise to determine their suitability for client needs.
• Recruit and match qualified industry experts with client requirements within the expected timelines.
• Coordinate with Client Solutions Associates and fellow Recruitment Associates throughout the recruitment process to ensure project needs are met.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with industry experts and internal stakeholders.
• Conceptualize, develop, test, and validate recruitment initiatives to improve processes and support business growth.
• Contribute to the achievement of recruitment targets and overall company objectives.
• Support continuous improvements in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment efficiency.
