HRTX in Makati City is seeking a HR Operations Specialist to triage and resolve complex recruitment queries, acting as a regional point of contact.
You will own process docs, train teammates, build dashboards, and conduct background checks, while partnering with regional HR teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas. This hybrid role requires 3x weekly in-office presence and a strong eye for detail and confidentiality.
Hybrid (3x a week RTO) | Shifting Schedule | Makati City
Case & Escalation Management: Triage, assign, and resolve complex or aging recruitment queries, serving as a regional point of contact and escalation point.
Process & Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a process expert, maintain up-to-date Work Instructions, and train or upskill team members.
Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards, generate global joiner/pipeline reports, analyze case trends, and audit processes for continuous improvement.
Background Screening & Validation: Conduct confidential background checks (e.g., World-Check) and manually validate non-system employee referrals with stakeholders.
System & Data Insights: Track platform usage (e.g., LinkedIn), deliver insights to optimize adoption, and manage team mailboxes and ticketing tools.
Stakeholder & Operations Support: Partner with regional HR/Recruitment teams, evaluate resource allocation for service expansion, and represent the team in process improvement projects.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of HR operations/administration experience in a BPO or shared services environment (preferably multinational or professional services).
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), recruitment platforms (Taleo, viRecruit).
Case Management Tool: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong client service, high attention to detail, and proven discretion with confidential data.
Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, handle competing priorities under strict deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team.
Work Setup & Schedule: Flexible to work in a hybrid setup across rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA, and Americas time zones).
