This is a full-time remote contractor role for someone in the Philippines who has already proven they can outperform peers in recruiting or sales and wants to build a serious career in talent acquisition.

Opportunity

We are hiring a Recruiting & Talent Sourcing Analyst to help source, assess, coordinate, and move candidates through active recruiting searches with speed, accuracy, and strong follow-through. You will work closely with the internal recruiting team to identify qualified candidates, drive candidate engagement, support high-volume recruiting workflows, and help prepare strong candidate showcases for client submission. This role is not initially responsible for owning client relationships, but high performers may have a path into more responsibility over time. What You Will Own

• Source qualified candidates across active searches

Compensation

The expected total compensation range is USD 1,200–1,300 Monthly.
