Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, INC (Teleperformance) is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Support Associate for a 3-month project-based role. Day 1 onsite, with remote work after Day 1.

You will handle inquiries, create and resolve cases, and support payroll-related questions while delivering excellent service. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months CSR experience, strong communication, multitasking, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clinicians and healthcare providers regarding housing, travel, payroll, and other assignment-related concerns.
• Create, manage, and resolve cases while ensuring accurate documentation, case notes, and dispositions.
• Review and process payroll-related inquiries and coordinate with the Payroll Team for approvals, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established processes and service standards.
• Adapt to evolving operational requirements while delivering excellent customer service.
