ECLARO in the Philippines is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company. You will drive the interview process, schedule a high volume of interviews, and manage logistics to keep candidates moving smoothly.

You will draft offer letters, initiate background checks, launch onboarding workflows, and serve as a primary contact for candidates through pre-hire and onboarding.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support.
• Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever).

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end interview process and ensure timely progression of candidates.
• Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, including meeting links and travel arrangements when applicable.
• Draft, prepare, and distribute offer letters with accuracy and speed.
• Initiate background checks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Launch onboarding workflows and track completion of required documents.
