Job summary

Outsource Teams, a Manila-based provider connecting Filipino professionals with international clients, is looking for a recruiter or talent sourcer to join their remote team. You will source candidates, screen them, and keep the ATS up to date while coordinating interviews and reference checks for UK, US and AU client desks.

This is a long-term, full-time work-from-home role with daily activity reporting. Requirements include 2+ years in recruitment, strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter

• At least 2 years of recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Experience on UK/US/Australian agency desks preferred.
• Strong Boolean search skills and LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
• Experience with Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere or Loxo.

About Outsource Teams

Outsource Teams places skilled Filipino professionals in long-term, full-time roles with businesses in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. You work from home as part of one client's team, with support from our Manila-based account managers and our own staff platform for onboarding, daily reports and timesheets.

The Role

Our clients include recruitment agencies in the UK, the US and Australia. You will work on their desk as a recruiter or talent sourcer, keeping their consultants' pipelines full of qualified candidates.

What You Will Do

• Source candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and the agency's database using Boolean search

• Screen candidates by phone or video and write clear candidate summaries

• Keep the ATS or CRM (Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere, Loxo or similar) accurate and up to date

• Schedule interviews, run reference checks and prepare compliance documents

• Report your activity daily to the consultants you support

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, ideally on a UK, US or Australian agency desk

• Strong Boolean search skills and hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience

• Experience with Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere, Loxo or a similar ATS

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Organised, target-driven and comfortable with daily activity metrics

• Your own computer that can run the tools above, a headset, and reliable internet of at least 25 Mbps with a backup connection. We run a speed and hardware test before you start.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday. Day shift or night shift (Philippine time), depending on the client's location.
