Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in recruitment or related fields.
• Experience managing candidates through multiple stages of the recruitment process; full-cycle recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English; comfortable interviewing candidates in English.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, or similar channels.
• Experience screening resumes and evaluating candidates for role fit.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms.
• U.S. recruitment or staffing experience is strongly preferred.

Talent Scout (Remote) | PHP 45,000/month

SmartScale360 is hiring a Talent Scout to manage recruitment for our U.S.-based clients, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding.

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, executive search, HR, or candidate sourcing
• Experience managing candidates through multiple stages of the recruitment process; full-cycle recruitment experience is preferred
• Strong spoken and written English, with confidence conducting candidate interviews in English
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, or similar channels
• Experience screening resumes and evaluating candidates for role fit
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms
• U.S. recruitment or staffing experience is strongly preferred

What You’ll Do:

• U.S. business hours; final schedule will be confirmed based on client requirements
• Must be flexible to work any day of the week as needed
