Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients on a remote APAC shift schedule. You will partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to implement strategic sourcing, educate teams on best practices, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will build and grow strategic talent pools, provide market insights, and drive a best-in-class recruitment process across multiple roles and clients, supporting rapid response requirements.

• Proven years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, volume hiring, and talent pooling from RPO/internal or executive search backgrounds.

Job description

Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter and help us drive end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and be part of our Rapid Response team. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.

This is a remote work arrangement with an APAC shift schedule.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle.
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Proven years of experience working in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling. Gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
