Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for a client in the Food Manufacturing sector. You will partner with stakeholders and leaders to promote strategic sourcing and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

The role focuses on managing end-to-end lifecycle, talent mapping, and building strong candidate pools with exposure to US recruitment. You will join a best‑in‑class Talent Acquisition team and work with top brands.

Competenze

Experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple roles.
Ability to work with stakeholders and hiring managers to optimise processes.
Expert sourcing across channels with strong candidate experience focus.
Experience recruiting for US blue-collar roles in manufacturing is preferred.
