Job summary

Quess (Philippines) Corp invites an experienced recruiter to join our Cebu City team to manage end-to-end recruitment for CSR and Support roles. You will source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and walk-ins, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and drive offers and onboarding to meet tight timelines in a dynamic BPO/ITES environment.

The role emphasizes volume hiring, stakeholder communication, and data-driven tracking to ensure closures within target turnaround

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, CSR / Customer Support hiring preferred.
• Experience in BPO / ITES hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Target-driven and deadline-focused.
• Familiarity with job portals (JobStreet, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for CSR and Support roles.
• Handle bulk/volume hiring for domestic and international processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Conduct telephonic and HR screenings.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Manage offer roll out, salary negotiation, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers.
