Job summary

Peak Outsourcing in Cebu, Philippines is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to handle outbound calls for collecting legal medical records from facilities. You will manage order priority, ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate updates in the in-house system with strong attention to detail.

Role requires at least 6 months of BPO voice experience, excellent communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry (voice account).
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational ability.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Call and establish communication with custodians of records based on order priority.
• Make approximately 65 to 85 outbound calls per day.
• Escalate communication as due date approaches and notify locations to elicit record production.
• Build good relationships with locations.
• Enter updates into the in-house system documenting conversations, orders, and tracking.
• Maintain rotation of work orders to prioritize by due date.
• QC incoming records to match against orders and verify subject information.
