Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Record to Report professional to support end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close. A Bachelor's degree and at least 6 months of RTR or related experience are required.

This on-site role in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang offers exposure to ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, Hyperion, and more within a shared services finance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 6 months of RTR/GL/financial reporting experience.
• Hands-on experience with general ledger, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, or multinational finance operations is an advantage.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, Hyperion, or Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, payroll, and reclassifications.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, fixed asset, intercompany, and accrual account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities while ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines.
• Conduct account analysis and investigate variances and unusual fluctuations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with treasury and cash management activities, including cash forecasting and bank monitoring.
• Support internal and external audit requirements with schedules and documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members as needed.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Record to Report (RTR) Professional to support end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

This role is ideal for accounting professionals with experience in General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities within a corporate finance, shared services, or BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, payroll, and reclassifications.

Skill and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Reporting experience
