Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of accounting related systems

• Provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders
• Develop policies and operating procedures for the office
• Ensure proper paper trail for all financial transactions and adherence to internal controls
• Facilitate daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly close procedures and prepare financial statements
• Analyze financial statements and report variances
• Assist with financial and tax audits
• Ensure tax returns and corporate reporting comply with statutory requirements
• Coordinate budgeting with General Manager and HQ teams during rotation schedule

• Support implementation Accounting related system
• Establish robust internal controls
• Create process and format to provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders
• Develop additional policies and operating procedures and controls for the group's operating office
• Ensure a clear and transparent paper trail is in place for all financial transactions place for all financial transactions
• Ensure that financial procedures are followed as part of internal control monitoring
• Facilitate and complete daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly close procedures and prepare financial statements including all supporting schedules according to the daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly close schedule
• Assist with analyzing financial statements and report on variances
• Assist with financial and tax audits
• Ensure that tax returns filing and corporate reporting requirements are prepared following the Statutory requirements

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
