Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to perform daily and monthly transactions with the general ledger system, and to manage reconciliations.

You will support automation of reporting, assist with period close, journal entries, and financial analysis within the Record to Report and general accounting processes, on-site in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig or Alabang, with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in Record to Report / General Accounting, including transaction processing and closing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang and to take full RTO night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with automation and streamlining of internal and corporate reporting processes.
• Work under the Finance and Accounting business services group and deliver activities relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting.

• You are expected to manage and execute monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, analyzes financial information, prepares reports, and verifies accuracy.
• You will assist with the automation and streamlining of internal and corporate reporting processes.
• You will be working under the Finance and Accounting business services group and will be responsible for the delivery of all activities relating to accounts payables, accounts receivables and general accounting.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business /Finance/Accounting-related courses only
• At least 2 years solid Finance/Accounting experience in Record to Report / General Accounting processes (i.e. transaction processing, closing cycle and financial reporting )
• Good communication skills
• Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
• Amenable to work in Full RTO and nigh shift schedule
