Responsibilities

• Oversees Service Advisors' performance toward monthly targets.
• Monitors reception and driveway traffic for smooth intake.
• Eliminates long customer waiting times in the reception.
• Tracks promised times and quoted prices for daily jobs.
• Reviews daily units to minimize work-in-progress in workshop.
• Identifies low performers and coaches staff on improvements.
• Prioritizes vehicle work in the workshop per monitoring sheet urgency.
