Job summary

Laus Group of Companies in Hermosa, Bataan is seeking a Service Manager to drive day-to-day targets and uphold service standards across reception, workshop, and release processes. You will oversee Aftersales performance, forecast targets for approval, and ensure disciplined workshop operations through Service Technicians and Advisors.

The role requires a degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years in the field, officer-level experience preferred, top customer-care

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably with Officer level experience.
• Excellent Customer-Relations/Customer-Handling skills.
• Possess at least a Non-Pro Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Implements and achieve the approved daily, monthly and annual targets.
• Coordinates with the Business Manager in ensuring compliance to prescribed service standards: reception, workshop and releasing.
• Reviews the Aftersales performance and conduct forecasting of targets for approval.
• Ensures well managed service workshop as indicated by the individual performance of the Service Technicians and Service Advisors.
• Ensures that the dealers implement prescribed service processes and standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensures that all service requests of customer are properly documented through Repair Order reconciled with other supporting documents.
