Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a meticulous Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound shipments and keep NetSuite updated with real-time status. You will track ETD/ETA, clearance, delivery orders, and returns, ensuring accurate records and timely communications with partners.

Ideal candidates bring experience in inbound logistics, especially supporting US operations, and are comfortable coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking companies to prevent delays and optimize container

• Maintain inbound shipment updates in the tracking chart and NetSuite.
• Track ETD/ETA, customs clearance, delivery orders, and returns.
• Follow up with freight forwarders, brokers, and trucking for updates and documents.
• Report delays, issues, and delivery problems.
• Coordinate deliveries based on warehouse hours and priorities.
• Monitor container deadlines to prevent demurrage and storage charges.
• Maintain organized shipment communications and resolution records.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain accurate inbound shipment updates in the container tracking chart and NetSuite.
• Track ETD, ETA, customs clearance, delivery orders, last free days, delivery appointments, warehouse delivery, and empty container returns.
• Follow up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking companies for updates, documents, and delivery arrangements.
• Report shipment delays, vessel rollovers, customs issues, and delivery problems.
• Coordinate deliveries based on warehouse receiving hours, capacity, and priorities.
• Monitor container deadlines to help prevent demurrage, detention, storage, and late-return charges.
• Maintain organized shipment communications and issue-resolution records.
• Candidates with relevant inbound logistics experience, ideally supporting US operations, and familiarity with NetSuite.
