Job summary

Ubiquity in the Philippines is seeking a Receiving & Inbound Logistics Support to maintain shipment updates, coordinate deliveries, and work with freight forwarders. You will ensure accuracy in NetSuite and communicate with carriers to keep schedules on track.

In this role, you will monitor ETD/ETA, customs, and delivery orders, while documenting issue resolutions and supporting US operations where needed. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound logistics.
• Familiarity with US operations preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with freight forwarders and trucking companies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inbound shipment updates in the container tracking chart and NetSuite.
• Track ETD, ETA, customs clearance, delivery orders, and container returns.
• Follow up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers for updates and documents.
• Report shipment delays, issues, and delivery problems to the team.
• Coordinate deliveries based on warehouse receiving hours and capacity.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain accurate inbound shipment updates in the container tracking chart and NetSuite.
• Track ETD, ETA, customs clearance, delivery orders, last free days, delivery appointments, warehouse delivery, and empty container returns.
• Follow up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking companies for updates, documents, and delivery arrangements.
• Report shipment delays, vessel rollovers, customs issues, and delivery problems.
• Coordinate deliveries based on warehouse receiving hours, capacity, and priorities.
• Monitor container deadlines to help prevent demurrage, detention, storage, and late-return charges.
• Maintain organized shipment communications and issue-resolution records.
• Candidates with relevant inbound logistics experience, ideally supporting US operations, and familiarity with NetSuite.
