Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound documentation is complete and properly processed across all sites.
• Complete inbound and outbound transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Monitor scheduled inbound and outbound shipments across sites.
• Coordinate shipments with 3PL partners for timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Work with Warehouse, Procurement, and Transport teams to facilitate operations and resolve issues.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve service levels and efficiency.
• Maintain records and ensure data integrity for all system transactions.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate delays to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics processes and system accuracy.
• Perform other logistics and supply chain duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Inbound/Outbound Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all inbound and outbound logistics transactions across all company sites. This role supports end-to-end logistics operations by maintaining complete documentation, updating system transactions, coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth material flow and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all inbound container documentation from suppliers and transfer documents are complete and properly processed across all company sites.

• Complete all inbound and outbound transactions accurately and on time within the company's system (ERP).

• Monitor and ensure all scheduled inbound and outbound shipments across all sites are executed and received according to plan.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.

• Work closely with Warehouse, Procurement, and Transport teams to facilitate efficient inbound and outbound operations and resolve transaction-related issues.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve inbound and outbound operational bottlenecks to improve service levels and operational efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity for all inbound and outbound system transactions.

• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics processes and system accuracy.

• Perform other logistics and supply chain duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is an advantage.

• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
