Linkage Foods Ventures Corporation is seeking an Inbound/Outbound Assistant to ensure accurate and timely execution of all logistics transactions across all sites. You will support end-to-end logistics by maintaining documentation, updating ERP/WMS, and coordinating with 3PL providers.
Work closely with Warehouse, Procurement, and Transport teams to resolve issues, monitor shipments, and maintain data integrity.
The Inbound/Outbound Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all inbound and outbound logistics transactions across all company sites. This role supports end-to-end logistics operations by maintaining complete documentation, updating system transactions, coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth material flow and inventory accuracy.
Ensure all inbound container documentation from suppliers and transfer documents are complete and properly processed across all company sites.
Complete all inbound and outbound transactions accurately and on time within the company's system (ERP).
Monitor and ensure all scheduled inbound and outbound shipments across all sites are executed and received according to plan.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
Work closely with Warehouse, Procurement, and Transport teams to facilitate efficient inbound and outbound operations and resolve transaction-related issues.
Identify, investigate, and resolve inbound and outbound operational bottlenecks to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity for all inbound and outbound system transactions.
Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics processes and system accuracy.
Perform other logistics and supply chain duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
