Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistants to support AU and NZ real estate professionals. This role focuses on listings, CRM workflows, compliance documents, and agent support, working remotely from the Philippines.

You will handle end-to-end listing management, CRM upkeep, uploading to REA/Domain/Trade Me, and coordination of marketing, leads, and showings. A stable, long-term client placement awaits high-performing VAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as a Real Estate VA supporting AU or NZ clients.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Professional and personable communication style.

We are hiring experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistants to support Australian and New Zealand real estate professionals. This is not a general VA role, we are specifically looking for candidates with proven real estate experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end listing management (pre-list to post-settlement)

• CRM management and database maintenance

• Uploading and managing listings (REA, Domain, Trade Me, etc.)

• Preparing Form 6, sales authorities, agreements, and compliance documents (AU/NZ)

• Marketing coordination (brochures, social media, email campaigns)

• Lead follow-ups and buyer/seller communication

Required Experience & Skills
