Golden Topper Investments Inc. is seeking a diligent Coordinator for Prospective Buyer Viewing activities in Cebu City.

You will liaise with buyers on unit availability, viewing guidelines, and purchase intent while coordinating with Sales Administration and other departments to ensure smooth viewing processes. The role emphasizes accuracy in documentation, adherence to access policies, and effective communication with buyers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate preferred.
• Strong background in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to organize multiple projects.
• Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and challenges.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate prospective buyers regarding unit availability, viewing requirements, schedules, and viewing guidelines.
• Verify and confirm buyer purchase intent prior to access to unsold units.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration to confirm current availability and status of requested units.
• Submit viewing requests with complete information (project, unit, buyer, schedule, contact, payment method, and purchase intent).
• Coordinate approved viewing schedules with Customer Service/Turnover and inform buyers of confirmed dates and times.
• Direct buyers to mock-up units and document viewing in the official logbook.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration, SOSC, Customer Service/Turnover, Engineering, and other departments for unit readiness and access requirements.
• Ensure compliance with viewing guidelines, access controls, photography/video restrictions, and documentation.
