Qualifications

• Graduate of Business related course.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or turnover.
• Knowledgeable in Sales operations management, sales administration, sales support.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Respond to buyer inquiries via telephone, email, social media, and walk-ins about unit status and turnover.
• Notify buyers about viewing, inspection, acceptance, and turnover activities through calls, emails, SMS, and social media.
• Monitor unit readiness by coordinating with Engineering, PMO, and other departments.
• Coordinate and schedule buyer appointments for viewing, inspection, acceptance, and turnover.
• Assist buyers during viewing, inspection, and turnover to deliver a professional experience.
• Provide project information, unit details, and account status updates to prospective buyers.
• Maintain turnover monitoring tools, reports, and trackers with timely follow-ups.
• Handle issuance and transfer of unit keys for rectification and turnover activities.
• Coordinate joint inspections to validate turnover readiness and fix punch list items.
• Address warranty-related concerns with appropriate departments.
• Assist homeowners with inquiries and post-turnover concerns.
• Support DOAS execution and document signing with the Legal Team.
• Prepare and submit turnover activity reports as required by Management.
