We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide end-to-end support during unit turnover, coordinating with Engineering, PMO, and Legal to ensure a seamless buyer experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business-related course.
• 1–2 years of customer service-turnover experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to buyer inquiries via calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins regarding unit status and turnover schedules.
• Monitor unit readiness coordinating with Engineering, PMO and other departments to ensure turnover readiness.
• Coordinate and schedule buyer appointments for turnover activities and viewings.
• Assist buyers during viewing, inspection, and turnover for a smooth experience.
• Provide accurate project information and account status updates to prospective buyers.
• Maintain turnover monitoring tools, databases, and reports for timely follow-ups.
• Handle issuance and transfer of unit keys for rectification and turnover.
• Coordinate joint inspections to close punch list items and verify turnover readiness.
• Address warranty-related concerns with appropriate departments for timely resolution.
• Assist with DOAS document signing with Legal Team support.
• Prepare and submit turnover-related reports as required by Management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and turnover procedures.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
