Golden Topper Group Inc. seeks a Customer Service Specialist to manage end-to-end customer service during unit turnover, coordinating with Engineering, PMO, and Legal teams to ensure buyer satisfaction.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media, monitor turnover readiness, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records, delivering a seamless buyer experience through strong communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business related course.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service turnover.
• Knowledgeable in Sales operations management, sales administration, sales support.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal skill.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to buyer inquiries via calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
• Notify buyers about viewing, inspection, acceptance, and turnover.
• Monitor unit readiness with Engineering, PMO, and other departments.
• Coordinate and schedule buyer appointments for turnover activities.
• Assist buyers during viewing, inspection, and turnover to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide accurate project information and account status updates.
• Maintain turnover tools, databases, and reports for accuracy.
• Safeguard and transfer unit keys for turnover activities.
• Coordinate joint inspections to close punch lists.
• Address warranty concerns with the relevant departments.
• Handle post-turnover inquiries with prompt resolution.
• Assist with DOAS documentation and coordination with Legal Team.
• Prepare turnover reports and monitor operational activities.
