Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator in the Cebu area to manage deals from contract to closing. You will track deadlines, coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, escrow and title companies, and maintain complete files in our system.

The ideal candidate has real estate transaction experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing regular status updates and ensuring compliance with brokerage requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a real estate transaction coordinator or in real estate admin support.
• Familiarity with transaction management platforms (dotloop, SkySlope, Paperless Pipeline).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions from contract execution through closing
• Track key deadlines including inspection periods, contingencies, and closing dates
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, escrow, and title companies
• Prepare, review, and organize transaction documents and contracts
• Maintain accurate records in the transaction management system
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments
• Provide regular status updates to all parties involved
• Ensure compliance with brokerage and regulatory requirements
• Maintain organized digital files for each active transaction
