Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage deals from contract to closing in the Philippines.

You will track deadlines, coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies, and ensure files stay organized and current. The role requires prior real estate transaction experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with transaction management platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven background as a real estate transaction coordinator or in real estate administrative support
• Working knowledge of transaction management platforms (e.g., dotloop, SkySlope, Paperless Pipeline)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Detail-conscious, dependable, and able to self-direct
• Strong communication skills
• Hands-on familiarity with PipeDrive

Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate transactions from contract execution to closing
• Monitor key deadlines, including inspection periods, contingencies, and closing dates
• Liaise with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, escrow, and title companies
• Prepare, check, and organize transaction documents and contracts
• Keep records accurate in the transaction management system
• Book inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments
• Give every party in the transaction regular status updates
• Make sure brokerage and regulatory requirements are met
• Keep digital files organized for each active transaction
