Cloudstaff in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Australian real estate sales team. The role covers end-to-end sales administration, from listing paperwork to campaigns, CRM updates, and keeping the agents’ calendars running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have real estate sales support or PA experience, familiarity with REX, Campaign Agent, Box+Dice or Realtair, excellent time management, and strong written and phone skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales support, PA roles, or sales administration.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong calendar and email management skills.
• Proactive communication with agents, photographers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Sales Listing & Campaign Support
• Prepare listing documentation, sales authority forms, and property marketing packs
• Coordinate vendor paid advertising (VPA) through platforms such as Campaign Agent
• Create and update listings in real estate CRMs (REX, Box+Dice, Realtair) and portals
• Liaise with photographers, copywriters, and marketing suppliers to arrange campaigns
• Sales Progress Administration
• Track key dates and milestones within the sales process
• Coordinate contract preparation and follow-ups to solicitors/conveyancers
• Maintain accurate property files and ensure compliance with office processes and timelines
• Agent PA & Administrative Support
• Draft correspondence, compile reports, and maintain CRM records
• Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the sales process
