Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead end-to-end financial statement preparation, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You will oversee month-end/year-end closings, journal entries, reconciliations, and provide insights to management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial reporting, strong Excel skills, and exposure to NetSuite; real estate industry experience is a plus. This role is based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting, with end-to-end financial statement exposure.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, financial analysis, account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in NetSuite and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial statements, variances, trends, and key financial indicators to provide meaningful insights to management.
• Ensure financial reports are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and other departments on financial reporting requirements, audit requests, and resolution of accounting issues.
