Job summary

PropNex Realty Pte Ltd is seeking a compliance and disputes support professional to advise our salespersons on property-related matters, handle claims in SCT, and attend mediation sessions.

The role covers AML enquiries, managing inquiries from salespersons and clients, drafting legal documents, and performing ad hoc tasks to support the department. Mandarin and English bilingual capability is required, with work location at Toa Payoh.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Business, Real Estate or related discipline; other qualifications welcome.
• Experience in managing complaints and disputes resolution, legal support, customer service in real estate is an advantage.
• Entry-level candidates with keen interest in compliance and dispute resolution are encouraged.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills for handling challenging situations.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle Mandarin-speaking customers/salespersons.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general compliance advice on property matters to salespersons.
• Represent the Company on claims matters in Small Claims Tribunals.
• Attend mediation sessions to resolve commission disputes.
• Manage AML enquiries, audits, and follow up.
• Manage enquiries and feedback from salespersons and clients.
• Attend to walk-ins and phone calls from salespersons and clients.
• Draft legal documents.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments to support the department.
