The role spans compliance, sales and account management support, finance coordination, data reporting, market research, and cross‑functional training, driving improvements and a seamless customer experience across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business-related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, negotiation, coaching, process management, finance, reporting, and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (creating formulas and data analysis).
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance with Singapore local regulation and HQ policies.
• Support sales, agreements, and onboarding documents (NDA, MSA, MOU, LOI).
• Assist in reviewing and tracking sales orders and performance metrics.
• Coordinate payment collections and resolve billing issues with finance and customers.
• Prepare and deliver Sales Performance and Inventory reports.
