Job summary

OSREM GLOBAL Communication Inc. seeks a Real Estate Brand and Ground Sales Associate to represent the brand in the field and bring in new clients. You will meet corporate clients, contractors, agencies, developers, realtors, and commercial establishments, presenting products confidently and building lasting relationships.

You will travel for meetings, manage leads using CRM, and strive to meet sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience handling corporate clients is advantageous.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation and closing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• CRM/sales tracking experience is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for client meetings when required.

Responsibilities

This role is for someone who enjoys meeting people face to face, presenting a product with confidence, and building client relationships that lead to closed sales. You'll work with corporate clients, contractors, agencies, property developers, realtors, and commercial establishments.

Key responsibilities

• Present the brand and its products to clients, explaining basic product specifications clearly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Negotiate and close sales to meet assigned targets
• Keep records of leads, client accounts, and sales activities using CRM or sales tracking tools
• Travel for client meetings and sales activities when required

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications, or any related field
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field
• Experience handling corporate clients, contractors, agencies, property developers, realtors, or commercial establishments is an advantage
• Strong prospecting, client relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to understand and explain basic product specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• CRM and sales tracking system experience is an advantage
• Willing to travel for client meetings and sales activities when required
