• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to lease residential and/or commercial properties. This includes identifying potential tenants, conducting property tours, negotiating lease terms, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and potential tenants. This involves providing excellent customer service, addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Manage the entire leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing and move-in. This includes preparing lease agreements, collecting security deposits, and ensuring smooth tenant onboarding.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. This may include experience in retail, hospitality, or real estate.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This is often essential for conducting property tours and meeting with potential tenants.
