• Market and promote available building rental properties to prospective tenants through various channels, including online listings and direct outreach.
• Conduct property tours, provide detailed information on rental terms, and address tenant inquiries to facilitate leasing agreements.
• Negotiate lease terms, prepare rental contracts, and ensure a smooth move-in process for new tenants.
• Identify and attract potential tenants by promoting available rental properties through various marketing strategies and platforms.
• Conduct property showings, answer inquiries, and provide detailed information on rental terms, features, and amenities.
• Negotiate rental agreements, handle lease documentation, and ensure a smooth transition for tenants from inquiry to move-in.
