Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an RCM Trainer– Medical Billing to own the full revenue cycle lifecycle. This hybrid, night‑shift role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient cash flow across patient registration, coding, claims submission, and denial prevention.

The trainer leads training and mentoring of billing teams, analyzes denials for root causes, and provides payer‑specific expertise (Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in medical billing / revenue cycle management.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end billing processes.
• Prior experience as SME / Team Lead / Quality Analyst preferred.
• Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): CPC, CCS/CCS‑P, RHIT/RHIA.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Revenue Cycle Ownership across billing lifecycle.
• SME & Escalation Management for complex claims and denials.
• Denials & AR Optimization to improve cash flow.
• Training & Knowledge Leadership for billing teams.
