Private Advertiser is seeking a highly organized Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the receiving, storage, inventory, and issuance of raw materials used in production. The role ensures accurate records, proper material handling, and timely supply to manufacturing while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with Purchasing and Production, implement 5S, monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure ERP/WMS accuracy for kraft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience with 2 years in supervision, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in corrugated box, paper, packaging, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
• Proficiency with ERP or warehouse management systems and MS Office.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the receiving, storage, inventory, and issuance of raw materials used in the production of corrugated boxes. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, proper material handling, and timely supply of materials to production while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the raw materials warehouse.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials such as kraft paper, starch, adhesives, inks, and other production supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchasing and Production to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Implement and maintain proper warehouse organization and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards (5S).
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and prepare warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow.
• Ensure forklifts and other warehouse equipment are properly maintained and safely operated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the corrugated box, paper, packaging, or related manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and material handling.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
